Today, Chindex Medical Limited (named below as “CML”) announce the successful renewal of exclusive agency agreement with Syneron Candela (named below as “Syneron”) starting from beginning of Year 2017 for a period of two years. In the next two years, CML will continue to serve as the exclusive distributor and service provider for the sale and after-service of Candela full-line products in mainland China.
