岗位职责：
Work with China management, strategy, and business unitteams to set business development priorities and action plans designed tocapture the most strategic growth opportunities and to maximize profitabilityin line with China strategy.
Build key relationships and networks among-st potentialtargets/partners/advisers in and outside of China for the benefit of businessobjectives; support relationship management with existing partners tominimize/resolve any disputes.
Proactively identify business development opportunitiesthrough broad sourcing strategies both in the domestic market and globally.
Evaluate & prioritize opportunities throughdevelopment of robust & compelling business cases in collaboration withcross-functional teams, which drive gated go/no-go decisions on partnerships.
Drive and coordinate all activities necessary to evaluateand complete transactions, including portfolio analysis, financial analysis,due diligence, legal contracts, and other activities.
Negotiate deal parameters / contract terms with partnersto ensure proposed transactions create value.
Lead and develop a team of industry leading BusinessDevelopment professionals and effectively manage overall department activity.
任职要求
At least 10 years business experience insales & marketing, strategy, finance, and or business development roles.
At least 5 years experience inpharmaceutical/healthcare industry; Established network and deep knowledge ofChina market strongly preferred.
Track record of completing successfulbusiness development transactions and/or establishing significant businesspartnerships, including leading negotiations of deal terms/contracts withpartners.
Excellent analytical/quantitative skills.
Thorough understanding of businessdevelopment process including conducting opportunity analysis, technologyassessment, due diligence, financial statement analysis, financial valuationand financial modeling/ROI, and legal agreements.
Very strong interpersonal and networkingskills.
Lead Chemical Engineer

岗位职责：
Recognized MS (Chemical Engineering, EnvironmentalChemistry) with minimum 8 years of, or PhD (Analytical Chemistry and PhysicalChemistry) with minimum 5 years of related experience in industry developing orresearch.
Practical and theoretical knowledge and hands ondevelopment experience in instrumentation and/or analysis methods with electrochemistryand colorimetry.
Adept at modeling, simulation, and data analysis &acquisition tools, such as GAUSSIAN, Hyperchem, CHEMCAD, MATLAB, VB, Excel orLabview, etc.
Knowledge and experience with analytical techniques(e.g. LC, MS, ICP, NMR, FTIR, UV, or colorimetry, etc.)
Good soft skills for working with cross functional,multidisciplinary, multicultural teams, including providing technical updatesfor executives from many countries.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English& Chinese.
Motivated self starter, and agile learner
Able to work independently or lead junior & seniorengineer.
